TF 4 Kids Classes

Does your child want to do a bootcamp-style class just like mom & dad? Your child will have the chance ito learn proper stretching techniques, fun & safe cardio circuits, & learn how to use free weights and other functional fitness equipment in our action-packed Junior Bootcamp!

Toadally Fit Kids

Expect your active kids to get their sweat on in this class! We will teach your kids how to properly exercise their growing bodies & give them the opportunity to learn how to properly stretch, use functional fitness equipment, and weight machines in a safe & supportive environment.

Kids Music & Dance

Join the fun as we play children’s music and dance around with our super cool disco ball! Music requests are welcomed and parents are welcome to join.

Kids' Work-Out

Youths will learn work-out methods specifically designed to strengthen their bodies' cores and work out their abdominal muscles. Time will be spent learning about what machines work on which body parts (and the names of those muscles), proper form, and stretching.

Dance

This fun, energetic class helps your kid get creative while learning Zumba, hip hop, jazz, and freestyle dance moves!

Taekwondo

We offer a variety of martial arts classes for children. Each class focuses on a specific age group, and a different variety of martial arts techniques.

Taekwondo is for ages 5+.

Kickboxing

We offer a variety of martial arts classes for children. Each class focuses on a specific age group, and a different variety of martial arts techniques.

Tuesday Kickboxing is for ages 7+, Saturday Kickboxing is for ages 5+. Thank you!

Toadal Jiu Jitsu

Toadal Fitness offers Jiu Jitsu classes for kids of all ages and one-on-one training at our Live Oak location.

Toadal Fitness members may try out a class for free!

Strength Training

Youths will learn work-out methods specifically designed to strengthen their bodies' cores. Workouts are tailored to children's ages, as we know the importance of not stressing a growing body :) Time will be spent learning about what machines work out which body parts (and the names of those muscles), proper form, stretching, and even nutritional information and guidance! Kids will get to keep track of their workouts and progress via written workbooks.

Sports & Fun

Kids will learn about what it means to play on a team while having fun playing dodgeball, capture the flag, soccer, relay races, and other games that will make sure your youth is staying healthy & active! Youths will also receive help with mastering cartwheels, handstands, and somersaults in this energetic class.

Nerf Battles

Does your child love nerf blasters, but you're tired of constantly picking up nerf darts around your home? Bring them to Nerf Battles, where we provide nerf blasters, darts, and safety goggles for your child to get out their energy in this fantastically fun class!

Little Ninjas

Children will have the opportunity to let loose their wild side in this class! We start out with fun games like red light green light, duck duck goose, and banana tag. Next we build an obstacle and track the kids' times throughout this course, helping them improve their speed, agility, and confidence!
